You don't have to read it all. It is there to answer any questions you may have during your stay (cottage equipment, outings, visits, etc.).
The house linen
Household linen (sheets, towels, tea towels, bath mats) is not included for stays of less than 7 nights.
They are optional for €20 per person.
Dimensions of double beds (in cm) :
160 x 200 / 50 x 70 for pillows
Dimensions of single beds :
90 x 200 / 63 x 63 for pillows

The access code for the key box will be sent to you on AirBNB/ABRITEL 1 hour before your arrival, or by telephone if you have booked via our website.

We do not ask you to count every fork and check every parquet board but to let us know if, during the 24 hours following your arrival, you see anything broken/damaged that is not noted on the inventory of fixtures.
You will need to let us know on the day of your departure if you have broken or damaged anything.
We work on the basis of trust.
Security system
We are not immune to burglaries in isolated areas.
That's why we ask you to set the alarm whenever you leave the house.
Instructions for use are posted on site near the box.
The motion detectors in the kitchen and the living room are not cameras which call the police in the event of an intrusion.
Pets
We ask you to ensure that your pet does not climb on beds, sofas, chairs, etc.
You are responsible for cleaning up after your pet (droppings in the garden, hairballs, etc.).
